Screen Printing Services

When it comes to screen printing services we provide several different screen printing services here at AMBRO Manufacturing. All depending on the artwork you provide will depend on white screen printing service we will provide for you. The screen printing services that we provide are designed to help you with your screen printing needs. In this article it will explain some of the Screen printing services we provide.

One of the screen printing services we provide is a Spot Color Printing. A spot color printing is one of the most common forms of printing. With spot color printing it uses a full tone of color to create an image. For this screen printing service each color gets its own screen to be separately printed on.  With this process it may affect the cost, but you can have up to 12 spot colors to be printed in one location.

Another screen printing service we provide is Half-tone Printing. With this process it allows lesser amounts of ink in a certain color to be used, this allows the color to mix with either the garment color or other ink colors. With this process it creates the illusion that there are more colors than actually being printed.

Grayscale Printing is another screen printing service we provide here at AMBRO Manufacturing. With Grayscale Printing it is an inexpensive way to make a photo or any other multi colored images into  a garment. Using full and half tones of Black inks will create the image you choose to have on your garment.

4-Color CMYK Process Print is another screen printing service that is provided. If you want a photograph that involves many colors then 4-Color CMYK Process Pint is what you are looking for. This screen printing service involves many colors and many gradients or shades of colors. With 4-Color CMYK process print it uses your basic colors that you would find in a paper printer, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks.

These are a few of the screen printing services we can provide for you here at AMBRO Manufacturing along with Distressed Printing and Simulated Process Printing. Contract Screen Printing

So when our owner of the Company AMBRO Manufacturing along with the President and VP of the company were asked what they would consider the definition of contract screen printing would be here is what they said. The owner and operator Bob said “Contract screen printing is when the customer provides their own good and we are to check there goods in when they arrive on our property.”  What our president Ryan had to say was “Contract screen printing is when a customer provides their own goods on a weekly or monthly basis, a customer who brings their own goods in once is considered a retail costumer. Also a contract customer would supply a reseller number for tax purposes.” And this is what our VP Darren had to say “Contract screen printing is when someone hires us to do their printing on their garments.

Contract Screen Printing

So basically from the definitions we have heard from our Owner, President, and VP we get that in contract screen printing the customer is to provide their own goods and most of their artwork and we will print it for them. With contract screen printing it is where you have clientele who bring large orders along with supplied garments right to us. Once your garments get to us we will count them in to make sure all the garments are here before we go any further. After that your order will get sent to our highly skilled artist who will take your artwork and turn it into a film that we can burn the screens with. After the screens are burned the garments along with the screens will be sent to the press where your art work will be printed onto your goods. And that is how it works.

Here at AMBRO Manufacturing we are a Contract screen printing company we can help you out with anything you need for contract screen printing. We have a highly educated staff that will work with you step by step to get you exactly what you are looking for.
