When it comes to screen printing services we provide several different screen printing services here at AMBRO Manufacturing. All depending on the artwork you provide will depend on white screen printing service we will provide for you. The screen printing services that we provide are designed to help you with your screen printing needs. In this article it will explain some of the Screen printing services we provide.

One of the screen printing services we provide is a Spot Color Printing. A spot color printing is one of the most common forms of printing. With spot color printing it uses a full tone of color to create an image. For this screen printing service each color gets its own screen to be separately printed on.  With this process it may affect the cost, but you can have up to 12 spot colors to be printed in one location.

Screen Printing Services

Another screen printing service we provide is Half-tone Printing. With this process it allows lesser amounts of ink in a certain color to be used, this allows the color to mix with either the garment color or other ink colors. With this process it creates the illusion that there are more colors than actually being printed.

Grayscale Printing is another screen printing service we provide here at AMBRO Manufacturing. With Grayscale Printing it is an inexpensive way to make a photo or any other multi colored images into  a garment. Using full and half tones of Black inks will create the image you choose to have on your garment.

4-Color CMYK Process Print is another screen printing service that is provided. If you want a photograph that involves many colors then 4-Color CMYK Process Pint is what you are looking for. This screen printing service involves many colors and many gradients or shades of colors. With 4-Color CMYK process print it uses your basic colors that you would find in a paper printer, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks.

Screen Printed Bandanas

Did you just open up new business and looking for an affordable way to get your business name out there? Or maybe you have a booth at a concert and looking for that last thing to add to your stock. How about getting some screen printed bandanas made up with your company logo, phone number, and or address on them? There great for giveaways and not to expensive so if you have a tight budget it works out.

Screen Printed Bandanas

Screen printing is a process where nylon screens that are in metal frames are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light and then burned with the artwork. Once those processes with the screens are done they are ready to be loaded up onto the screen printing press and covered with ink. After they are covered with ink they are them transferred to a fabric of your choosing, which in this case would be a bandana.

You can choose your bandana to be any color you would like. You can also choose to have the entire bandana covered with your design or just one of the corners. So say your part of a band and moneys a little tight. Getting shirts and sweatshirts screen printed could become a little expensive. With screen printed bandanas they are cheaper so you’re not too concerned when you use them to giveaway or if you’re selling them you’re not worried if you don’t sell them all.

Screen printed bandanas are not only for giveaways or thing like that. Say you’re a mother and you’re throwing your child a pirate theme birthday party. You can get red or black bandanas screen printed with a skull and cross bones design and give them out as a party favor to your sons friends. There are so many different ideas you can come up with for screen printed bandanas.
