Contract Embroidery Services

If you need custom embroidery done for a good number of garments, the easiest way to do that is with contract embroidery services.  Embroidery can really elevate a simple work shirt into a professional-looking garment so many corporations like to apply their logos using embroidery instead of more trendy options like sublimation or screen printing.  By using contract embroidery services, you can quickly customize tons of garments for an entire workforce and at AMBRO Manufacturing, you can do it at wholesale prices!

Contract Embroidery Services

AMBRO Manufacturing is a contract apparel customization company so we offer many different garment decoration options in addition to our contract embroidery services.  We have multiple multi-head embroidery machines so we can do large runs quickly while still maintaining superior quality.  All of our customization is done on-site too, and that means we can oversee all of production to ensure excellent quality control.  We offer lots of thread colors and we can even digitize your artwork into embroidery-ready designs here too!

Embroidery sounds like it’s antiquated, but it really isn’t!  Fashion brands use embroidery all the time to apply their logos because it increases the perceived value of the garment; just think of Polo Ralph Lauren and you’ll know what I mean.  Of course, you don’t have to just take my word for it; you can try it out for yourself!  Here at AMBRO Manufacturing we keep low minimums so that you can dip a toe in without doing a cannonball for your first project.  It’s easy to get a project started with us as all you have to do is reach out to one of our representatives and we’ll be able to help you from there.  You can contact us to place an order, or to find out more about our company and all of the customization services we offer, by email or by giving us a call at (908) 806-8337.

Discharge Prints

Have you heard about garments customized with discharge prints?  I’m sure you’ve probably heard about screen printing, or at the very least, you’ve seen it on custom clothing before, so you’re not too far off.  Many screen printed garments are printed using plastisol inks, but there are more options than just plastisol inks!  Let’s take discharge prints for example:  Discharge ink is a type of water based ink that has different properties than plastisol ink which gives you different printing results.

Discharge Prints

The biggest difference between the inks is the use of a solvent.  Plastisol inks are easy to reuse over and over again because they lack a solvent which prevents them from drying up when exposed to air.  The trade-off for easy storage and reuse is that plastisol inks tend to dry stiff and heavy which won’t work for every garment.  Water based ink printing doesn’t have to worry about that because the inks contain a solvent that allows you to print softer.  Of course, when working with a solvent you have a time limit on the ink before it expires so printing with them can be a bit trickier.

Discharge prints take water based inks a step further because a special discharge agent can be mixed into the pigmented ink so as to allow you to remove the existing color from the garment while depositing the desired color in its place.  Since you don’t even need to print an underbase layer the resulting print will be ultra soft, as though the print has always been a part of the fabric!  So if you are interested in trying out custom discharge prints, you should come to AMBRO Manufacturing where we can provide you with all of that and more.  You can easily contact us to place your order, or to find out more about our company and services, by email or by giving us a call at (908) 806-8337.
