Screen Printing & Embroidery

Getting a shirt custom made is very easy in today’s world. There are many shops that are popping up all around. Many shops can only do one type of thing, but there are a few that can pretty much do it all. One of the best places that you will ever go to is AMBRO Manufacturing.

We are a screen printing & embroidery company that has been in business for over 30 years. We can do all the basics and much more. In our screen printing department we can do the standard front and back prints. We can also do all over prints that span across the entire shirt from sleeve to sleeve and top to bottom. We can print over seams with ease but may have some areas where the ink will not be printed. We have two types of ink that we use daily. We have plastisol, which is a thicker ink, and water based which is thinner and has a soft feel on the shirt itself. We also have fun specialty inks if you want something different. Our glitter inks and metallic inks are always a hit.

Screen Printing & Embroidery

In our embroidery department we can embroider any logo that you have, even your own company one if you need shirts made. There is no limit to how many colors are in the design to use for embroidery. The price is based on how many stitches are in the design. If you want a design that is brand new there will be a digitizing fee to create it in the format that we would need for our machine. We have a lot of thread colors that you can get to make your logo look great.

Come to AMBRO Manufacturing to get your screen printing & embroidery done today. You can give us a call any time at (908) 806 8337 or you can email us and we will get back to you with anything you may need to know about screen printing & embroidery work.

Silk Screen T Shirt Printing

Have you heard of silk screen T shirt printing before, but never known what that meant?  All over the world, every day, countless T shirts are getting silk screened for an endless amount of reasons.  All different walks of life can benefit in some way from silk screen T shirt printing.  Printed T shirts make amazing personalized gifts for friends and family.  For custom garment designers, printed T shirts often make up the bread and butter of their clothing line.  They are found in use with athletic teams for spirit wear or for members in clubs or groups.  Musical bands use them for concert tees and others use them to commemorate special events.  There’s essentially no wrong way to make printed T shirts work for you!

The process behind silk screen T shirt printing is simple to grasp but takes expertise to master.  It all starts out from the design.  The design is separated into layers based on the colors in the design; one layer per color.  The layers are then etched, one by one, into an emulsion on silk mesh screens.  The emulsion blocks the holes in the mesh so that only the areas that you want to print will be uncovered.  The screen is then lined up and laid down on the surface of the garment.  A squeegee pulls colored ink across the mesh and the ink passes through the holes leaving behind the print.  After each screen has applied its part of the design, the image will be complete and ready to be dried.

At AMBRO Manufacturing, we take pride in our top quality screen printing.  Our printing is done in-house so we are able to oversee the entire production process.  We also offer sublimation, embroidery, vinyl, applique, and more.  You can contact us to place an order, or to find out more about our services, by email or by calling us at (908) 806-8337.
