You can design these sweatpants anyway you would like.  Now I’m sure you’re asking yourself what in the world screen printing is. Well screen printing is when screen that are in frames are covered with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light, and then burned with your custom artwork. After that process they are loaded up onto a screen printing press and covered with ink. After that they are covered with ink and the design is then transferred to the sweatpants.

There are different styles of sweatpants offered like open bottom and closed, sweatpants with and without pockets, drawstring waistbands, elastic waistbands and these sweatpants come in either men’s, women’s, or youth sizes. They also come in at least 12 different colors! Not only can you choose what style and color you would like your custom sweatpants but you can also choose the size of the print. With most other companies they only go as big as 16” for the printing but here at AMBRO Manufacturing we print up to 36”! 36” is from your hip all the way down to your ankle!!

We can achieve this size printing by using oversized screen printing, which is pretty much the same as traditional screen printing but on a larger scale. To make sure that the print looks portioned on each size of pants you want whether you are getting Smalls or 2XLs we make a set of screens for each individual size that way they print looks great on every pair of custom sweatpants printing.
