The warmer weather has finally arrived, and you can wait to get outside and take some nice pictures with your camera. As you look through pictures you have taken or find ones that you love, you decide you want to do something fun with them, but you don’t know what. Instead of just framing them or hanging them up on the walls, you can get them printed on clothes. AMBRO Manufacturing is the one place you can get full picture t-shirt printing done. We use a process called sublimation. This type of printing allows us to print a full color image onto a shirt. The shirt must be white and 100% polyester. This is like painting on a wall where you need a white primer or painting on a white canvas, the colors will pop and be bright. The image you choose to use on the shirt must be high resolution and a large size so that when scaled to the actual area of the shirt it will not be blurry or pixelated. Once we have the shirt and the image you want to use, we then print it on a special transfer paper that when it gets heat pressed onto the shirt it turns into a vapor and will get dyed into the fabric of the shirt, much like tie dying is done.

Custom Folding Chairs

Custom folding chairs can be made with all your own specifications about design, placement, and ink colors. We can put a team logo, or name on the custom folding chair, or if you have a design that you want specifically we can do that as well. We usually print on the backs of custom folding chairs so that you will see the design when walking toward the custom folding chair. We can also print on the front where your back would touch the chair. We can also just print on the upper portion of the custom folding chair like a director’s chair would have a name on it. The choice is up to you. Keep in mind that based on the material that the chair is it we may or may not be able to print a custom folding chair for you. That is because when we are done screen printing the chair we have to send it through the dryer for the ink to cure and if the material isn’t good there is a chance that it will start to melt as it goes through the dryer.
