Jumbo screen printing differs from standard size screen printing because you need the right setup to print at a large scale.  Jumbo artwork needs jumbo silk screens, but those screens need larger presses and exposure equipment.  Pretty much every aspect of the printing process has to be scaled up to adjust for the oversized artwork, and other companies out there just don’t have what it takes.  However, here at AMBRO Manufacturing, we’ve got all the right equipment already, so you won’t need to worry!  Even better than the right equipment is the fact that we have over 30 years of industry experience to back it all up!

The warmer weather has finally arrived, and you can wait to get outside and take some nice pictures with your camera. As you look through pictures you have taken or find ones that you love, you decide you want to do something fun with them, but you don’t know what. Instead of just framing them or hanging them up on the walls, you can get them printed on clothes. You look puzzled as you contemplate this new idea, and begin to scour the internet for places that can do full picture t-shirt printing.

AMBRO Manufacturing is the one place you can get full picture t-shirt printing done. We use a process called sublimation. This type of printing allows us to print a full color image onto a shirt. The shirt must be white and 100% polyester. This is like painting on a wall where you need a white primer or painting on a white canvas, the colors will pop and be bright. The image you choose to use on the shirt must be high resolution and a large size so that when scaled to the actual area of the shirt it will not be blurry or pixelated. Once we have the shirt and the image you want to use, we then print it on a special transfer paper that when it gets heat pressed onto the shirt it turns into a vapor and will get dyed into the fabric of the shirt, much like tie dying is done.
