Big Print on Sweatpants Leg

Fall fundraisers for many different clubs and sports in schools have begun. Typically when you do fundraisers you may see the same type of products between two different fundraisers. Most fundraisers have tee shirts, sweat shirts, blankets, and other trinket type items.

You can be different and have pants in your fundraiser. Now, you can have it be printed with a small logo or you can have a big print on sweatpants leg. AMBRO Manufacturing is a screen printing company that can print that large on a pair of pants. Typically most of our prints on a sweatpants leg are one or two colors. The maximum size that we can make a big print on sweatpants leg is twenty-four inches tall and no wider than five inches. At this size, the print will be on the entire leg.

Big Print on Sweatpants Leg

You can get any sweatpants that you would like or we can provide them for you. We have open bottom and closed bottom sweatpants that we can print on. A print this large will be seen from a distance and it will last through washes. We also only print on one leg with a print that takes up the entire length. The big print on sweatpants leg is typically on the front or down the outer side of the leg. If you have many different sizes we can either do two different sized artworks or we size to the smallest piece in the order.

Kick start your fundraising goals with this product. You can give us a call any time at (908) 806 8337 or you can email us and we will get back to you with anything you may need to know about how to get a big print on sweatpants leg. We are located in Flemington, New Jersey.

CMYK Screen Printing

In the world of custom garment decoration there are two main camps when it comes to printing: silk screen printing versus dye sublimation printing.  Each of these methods carry their own advantages and disadvantages, which matter depending on the design you wish to apply to your garments.  For example, with screen printing, you can’t achieve as much color expression from your prints as with dye sublimation printing.  But there is such a thing as CMYK screen printing that can get a much wider expression of colors out of your silk screened prints.

CMYK Screen Printing

Typically in screen printing, the artwork is separated into layers of color, one color per layer.  Each layer is then burned into a silk screen so it can later have colored ink drawn across it to produce an image.  If you have a logo with two colors, this process is quick and easy.  CMYK screen printing will come into play when you have much more colors than a few solid chunks.  CMYK screen printing works by building the desired color through applying different values of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black ink.  This process has been in use for many years in various forms of artistic image rendering and it certainly works.

As you might imagine, CYMK screen printing takes finesse and experience to do it right, so it’s best to leave it to the professionals.  Here at AMBRO Manufacturing we can take care of your CMYK screen printing needs for sure.  We have been in the apparel customization business for over 30 years, so you can trust in our expertise.  If you’re new to custom printing, our support team can answer any questions you might have and help guide you through to a successful product.  You can contact us to place an order, or to find out more, by email or by calling us at (908) 806-8337.
