What is contract screen printing? Well contract screen printing is when a customer provides their goods on a weekly or monthly basis and someone screen prints or embroiders them, so in short is it when someone hires another person or company to do printing on their items. Contract Screen Printing

Traditional screen printing is the process where screens that are in frames are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light and burned with artwork. After that they are loaded up on a printing press and covered with ink. After they are covered with ink they are then transferred to a fabric of your choosing. Large or jumbo screen printing is essentially the same thing except on a larger scale.  Sublimation is a digital printing method for transferring images into any material as long as it is polyester or polyester based. Sublimation is where the dye is absorbed into that garment instead of being place on it. For the best results and brighter eye popping colors, it is better to use white garments. Embroidery is the handicraft of decorating garments with needle and thread.

Printed Lounge Pants

Is your daughter having a sleepover birthday party and you are having trouble finding unique gifts to give her friends? Or maybe your best friend is getting married and you are looking for gifts for her and her bridesmaids to wear while they are getting ready. Why not get printed lounge pants? Printed lounge pants are flannel pants that have screen printing on them. Screen printing is the process where screens in frames are covered with a photosensitive emulsion, dried and then burned with artwork. Once the drying process is done they are then transferred to the printing press and covered with ink. After they are covered with ink the ink is then transferred to the flannel pants.

You can get anything you want printed on your lounge pants from a design or picture, to a name or small phrase. You can also get your design or name in any color that we have available from black to gold, to Kelly green. There are also many different colors that our lounge pants come in like normal colors and bright girly colors that I am sure you will find a color/style to everyone liking.  As I said before say your friend is getting married and you are looking for gifts for her and her bridesmaids. You can get black or pink style lounge pants and get one pair screen printed with bride down the leg and the other lounge pants screen printed with bridesmaid down the leg. This is a unique idea that they can all wear for years to come.
