All Over Sublimation Printing

The process of All Over Sublimation Printing can be accomplished through the use of two very different garment decorating technologies.  Both have been around for a while and offer advantages and disadvantages on different garments and types of fabrics.

Using wide silk screens, AMBRO Manufacturing offers all over shirt screen printing using traditional screen printing inks.  Our custom presses are designed to reach all over the front or back of a T-Shirt, on the sleeves, the neck, and in some cases a partial wrap around.  Our specialty is seam to seam printing and have produced amazing designs for our customers.

Another technology used for all over t shirt printing is All Over Sublimation Printing.  Sublimation printing requires specialized digital wide format printing equipment, sublimation inks, design know how and large industrial heat presses.

Unlike screen printing where inks are applied on top of fabrics, custom dye sublimation involves the use of dyes that are fused into the fibers that create the designs.  These special sublimation inks/dyes are capable of producing brilliant colors and fine details, including photos.

All Over Print Shirts

All Over Print Shirts have become a very popular style since late 2005.  With the explosion of amazing All Over Print Shirts designs that we are seeing coming out of the urban marketplace, it's no wonder why everyone has an interest in this type of all over t shirt print.

All Over Print Shirts

There are some amazing artists in the urban community that have come up with some pretty creative designs that deserve attention.  Using their life experiences and artistic talent, these artists have crafted some amazing works of art that look outstanding on a t-shirt.

Some art for All Over Print Shirts involves a wrap around look, where portions of the design go from the front of the t-shirt to the back of the shirt, usually on the sides, but sometimes over the shoulder.  Other All Over Print Shirts designs feature a jumbo sized screen print that covers the entire front of the shirt, from the neck to the waist and onto the sleeves.

Whatever the design work, oversized All Over Print Shirts stand out and look amazing.  Since the typical screen print area is 14" x 16" (the size of the most popular screen printing press) anything larger than that really makes an impact.

Specializing in all over screen printing, also called All Over Print Shirts, AMBRO Manufacturing boasts standard print areas of 20" x 24" or an over sized print area of  36" x 24" (the full surface area of an XL T-Shirt. 

For screen printing jobs greater than 36" x 24", AMBRO Manufacturing uses our in house tooling to create specialized jumbo screens.

Not to be confused with Sublimation printing which is also a method used for All Over Print Shirts, we offer not only sublimation printing but true screen printing in an over sized area.
