Prestige flags are flags that you have to show off your pride for your team, club, or division or unit.  Here at AMBRO Manufacturing for your prestige flags we use golf flags that are made out of polyester and you can either get them sublimated or screen printed.

Prestige Flags

Sublimation is a digital printing method for transferring images onto something, which in this case is a flag. This is a very unique ability and is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. When the heat and pressure are applied the dye becomes a gas and absorbs into the polyester becoming a part of the prestige flag itself. Sublimation printing is weightless, doesn’t fade or crack and is long lasting.  Screen printing is the printing process where screens are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light, and then burned with the artwork. After that process they are loaded up onto the printing press and covered in ink, they are then transferred to the flag.  If you looking to get 1 or 2 prestige flags done your best bet would be to get them sublimated, if you are looking to get 12 or more done then screen printing is the way to go.

An example of a Prestige Flag is say your daughter or son is in the marine’s and you are looking for a way to welcome them back and show them how proud you are of not only him or her but their unit as well. The best printing to do on socks is sublimation printing. Sublimation printing is a process that uses heat to transfer dye into fabric. This printing is a very simple technique but it can only be used on garments made of polyester or products that have a polyester base. For the best result it is best to use fabrics that are white but you can sublimate the fabric any color you choose from black to yellow.

Now you can choose to have your socks custom printed with screen printing but with screen printing you can only print so much of the sock, with sublimation you can print the entire sock from the ankle all the way to the toe. You can get each one of your players a pair of socks in the uniform colors with your baseball logo or name at the ankle. It will let your team stand out when every other team will just have plain white socks.
