Are you part of a club or maybe your son or daughter is in the military and you’re looking for a coming home gift to let them know you how proud you are of them. You can get the prestige flags. Prestige flags are flags that you have to show off your pride for your team, club, or division or unit.  Here at AMBRO Manufacturing for your prestige flags we use golf flags that are made out of polyester and you can either get them sublimated or screen printed.

Prestige Flags

Sublimation is a digital printing method for transferring images onto something, which in this case is a flag. This is a very unique ability and is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. When the heat and pressure are applied the dye becomes a gas and absorbs into the polyester becoming a part of the prestige flag itself. Sublimation printing is weightless, doesn’t fade or crack and is long lasting.  Screen printing is the printing process where screens are coated with a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light, and then burned with the artwork. After that process they are loaded up onto the printing press and covered in ink, they are then transferred to the flag.  If you looking to get 1 or 2 prestige flags done your best bet would be to get them sublimated, if you are looking to get 12 or more done then screen printing is the way to go.

An example of a Prestige Flag is say your daughter or son is in the marine’s and you are looking for a way to welcome them back and show them how proud you are of not only him or her but their unit as well. You can get a Prestige Flag screen printed or sublimated with their unit crest and motto in their unit colors. Everyone will be in awe and I am sure your son or daughter will be happy. The process of printing on soft goods used in the medical community poses it’s challenges, and requires a professional with experience and industry knowledge.  Medical Device Printing is done in two separate categories.  The first category of Medical Device Printing is done on hard goods, we do not handle this type of printing.  The second type of Medical Device Printing is done on soft goods, items like Fabrics, Textiles and Garments.

AMBRO Manufacturing specializes in Oversized Printing on soft medical goods.  Our specialty includes jumbo printing on medical blankets and devices, but we also have the capabilities to print on small devices as well.  Items like fabric hand braces, knee braces, shoulder braces and others.

The printing process that we use is screen printing, with special ink addatives to insure the flexibility, washability and durability of the items.  As a specialist in the Medical Device Printing industry, AMBRO Manufacturing is familiar with the needs of the medical device manufacturing community.

When you work with AMBRO Manufacturing, the process begins with a consultation discussion on your needs.  Typically we like to see one of the devices and test with it prior to agreeing to take on your work.  We can print on most any fabric surface using our existing printing technologies, but if there is something that we haven’t seen before, our in-house engineering staff and machine shop can custom tool for your project.
