Direct to garment printing also known as Digital printing or DTG is a great way to print small orders with multiple colors and save some money. Direct to garment printing works by printing on a garment using a modified or specialized inkjet technology. The direct to garment printing machine is just like your basic inkjet desktop printer that you use to print on paper. The direct to garment printing machine is driven by RIP also known as Raster Image Processor. The RIP program allows you to print using much larger volumes of ink for your image being printed.

In order to get the best quality print with direct to garment printing it is recommended for the items to be 100% cotton or a cotton blend. When doing direct to garment printing on dark colors the garments must be pretreated before printing them or the image will not show up clear at all. The direct to garment printing has a transport mechanism for the garments that uses specialty inks to apply to the garments directly and is absorbed by the cotton fibers in the garment.

With direct to garment printing you can have a minimum order of just one shirt and the direct to garment images look much better then vinyl which would be another way you could have a minimum of 1 item. But with the direct to garment you can have fun with the images. Maybe your mom’s 60th birthday is coming up and you want to have a shirt made for her with an image of you and her when you were younger, you can do all that with digital printing but you cannot do that with vinyl. You can also have words printed with direct to garment printing and they will look way cooler than vinyl would.

Is your daughter having a sleepover birthday party and you are having trouble finding unique gifts to give her friends? Printed lounge pants are flannel pants that have screen printing on them. Screen printing is the process where screens in frames are covered with a photosensitive emulsion, dried and then burned with artwork. Once the drying process is done they are then transferred to the printing press and covered with ink. After they are covered with ink the ink is then transferred to the flannel pants.

You can get anything you want printed on your lounge pants from a design or picture, to a name or small phrase. You can also get your design or name in any color that we have available from black to gold, to Kelly green. There are also many different colors that our lounge pants come in like normal colors and bright girly colors that I am sure you will find a color/style to everyone liking.  As I said before say your friend is getting married and you are looking for gifts for her and her bridesmaids. You can get black or pink style lounge pants and get one pair screen printed with bride down the leg and the other lounge pants screen printed with bridesmaid down the leg. This is a unique idea that they can all wear for years to come.
