Relabeling

Say you just received all the shirts you just got screen printed, but all the labels say “Hanes” and you want them to say you clothing store name. No problem, you can easily take out the “Hanes” tag and replace it with your own by relabeling. Relabeling is the process of labeling something again or differently than the first time. You can relabel anything from shirts, to pants, to sweatshirts.

Relabeling

There are two different ways you can relabel. You can very carefully cut the tag out of the shirt by getting as close as you can to the seam of the shirt with a pair of scissors without damaging the shirt and then you can screen print or use vinyl to relabel it. Or you can relabel by unstitching the seam at the tag, removing the tag and replacing the tag with your own and then restitching the seam back together. A very popular relabeling process is just cutting the tag out and replacing it with a screen print or vinyl tag or it is known as AFM. When doing that process though you want to be careful what color you use for your screen print or vinyl because it could show through your shirt depending on how light or thick your shirt is.

Here at AMBRO Manufacturing we not only offer screen printing processes, sublimation, and embroidery but we also offer relabeling. A typical order takes from 7-10 business days and we do all of our processes in house which means we do everything ourselves which gives us control over the entire process from start to finish. We take pride in our fast service and the quality of our products.

Here at AMBRO we make sure to communicate with you throughout your entire time working with us. If you would like to learn more about relabeling or place an order for relabeling call (908) 806-8337 or email us today.

Medical Device Printing

The process of printing on soft goods used in the medical community poses it’s challenges, and requires a professional with experience and industry knowledge.  Medical Device Printing is done in two separate categories.  The first category of Medical Device Printing is done on hard goods, we do not handle this type of printing.  The second type of Medical Device Printing is done on soft goods, items like Fabrics, Textiles and Garments.

Medical Device Printing

AMBRO Manufacturing specializes in Oversized Printing on soft medical goods.  Our specialty includes jumbo printing on medical blankets and devices, but we also have the capabilities to print on small devices as well.  Items like fabric hand braces, knee braces, shoulder braces and others.

The printing process that we use is screen printing, with special ink addatives to insure the flexibility, washability and durability of the items.  As a specialist in the Medical Device Printing industry, AMBRO Manufacturing is familiar with the needs of the medical device manufacturing community.

A U.S. Based operation, AMBRO Manufacturing has over 30 years of cut and sew and fabric printing experience and provides printing services for companies all over the U.S. and Canada.

When you work with AMBRO Manufacturing, the process begins with a consultation discussion on your needs.  Typically we like to see one of the devices and test with it prior to agreeing to take on your work.  We can print on most any fabric surface using our existing printing technologies, but if there is something that we haven’t seen before, our in-house engineering staff and machine shop can custom tool for your project.

AMBRO Manufacturing specializes in oversized Medical Device Printing and can print anything in the range of .5” to over 40” in length and width.  In some special circumstances we can print in measurements of several feet.
