Relabeling wholesale clothes is process in which the wholesale clothes that you have purchased for customization are relabeled with your own custom label.  The tags from the wholesaler are removed by cutting them out or unstitching them and then re-stitching the seam.  After that, we would screen print your custom company logo onto the garment.  We have many color options to choose from so you can get the look you’re going for.  It’s best to select light colors for lightweight, light color garments so that it can’t be seen through the fabric.  If the garment is already tagless, we can cover the pre-existing tag and screen print the logo over the covering.  Relabeling wholesale clothes is common practice for custom clothing designers because they wanted to see their effort reflected in their garments and have the brand developing pay off.  It just makes business sense to have your logo on your designs so that consumers know where to find more of what they want.

If you are working with a corporate client that is trying to find the perfect give-away for their tradeshow, holiday party or customer thank you, Printed Umbrellas are a great option. 

One of the primary concerns for any corporate give-away is the shelf life, longevity and effectiveness of the promotional product.  Giving away candy with your logo or tissues with your logo on the box are a good option, but they don’t last very long, so while your customer or prospect might be happy when they get those items, they use them and then your logo is gone.

Printed Umbrellas, unless damaged, will last a very long time.  If you think about it, how many people throw away an umbrella if it’s in good shape?

AMBRO Manufacturing provides custom contract screen printing services to the trade.  One of our niche areas of expertise is printing on nylon.  Guess what Printed Umbrellas are made from?  That’s right, they are nylon.

If you have an existing contract screen printer that you partner with, make sure that they are capable of printing and drying specialty nylon inks.  In some cases, they may also be required to print oversized logos.

The vast majority of our Printed Umbrellas are done using a single color, but we do offer up to 2 colors of print.  Keep in mind that Printed Umbrellas that you’ve seen where there is a logo on every panel and in very large format, were likely printed before they were put together into umbrellas.  There are some limitations to what you can do on blank umbrellas that already exist.
