If you aren’t very familiar with screen printing, it’s not difficult to grasp.  The process gets its name from the silk mesh screens that are used to distribute the ink onto the garment.  Each part of the design that is of the same color is etched into its own silk screen that is covered with an emulsion.  The emulsion does not let any ink pass through the screen so wherever the design is, the emulsion is removed.  The screens are then loaded onto the printing press and positioned over the blank garments.  Colored inks are squeegeed across the screens, one color at a time, until the final image is completed.  The printed garment is then put through a dryer to set the ink and just like that, you have your own custom screen printing clothing!

Are you a sports parent who goes to their children’s games and cheers them on from the sidelines? If you love doing either of these things then you would most likely always be using a folding chair. As you would know all folding chairs are blank and just one color. Well what if I told you that I can make that solid color folding chair become a custom folding chair with whatever design you want on it? Custom Folding Chairs

Custom folding chairs can be made with all your own specifications about design, placement, and ink colors. We can put a team logo, or name on the custom folding chair, or if you have a design that you want specifically we can do that as well. We usually print on the backs of custom folding chairs so that you will see the design when walking toward the custom folding chair. We can also print on the front where your back would touch the chair. We can also just print on the upper portion of the custom folding chair like a director’s chair would have a name on it. The choice is up to you. Keep in mind that based on the material that the chair is it we may or may not be able to print a custom folding chair for you. That is because when we are done screen printing the chair we have to send it through the dryer for the ink to cure and if the material isn’t good there is a chance that it will start to melt as it goes through the dryer.
