Today, Custom Dye Sublimation T Shirts are making a comeback because of large brands like Nike, Under Armour and Adidas that are all promoting performance, moisture wicking tees as the best training garment for athletes.

The process of creating Custom Dye Sublimation T Shirts is not difficult, it involves a white, 100% polyester T-Shirt, special dye sublimation inks, transfer papers, a special printer and industrial heat.

The graphic artist begins by designing the Custom Dye Sublimation T Shirts in a basic desktop graphics software package. Once the design is ready, it is printed on the special dye sublimation transfer paper. When the printing company is ready to create the Custom Dye Sublimation T Shirts, the polyester T-Shirt and the transfer paper are placed on a large industrial heat press and using specific temperatures for dye sub migration, the heat is applied and the image is transferred.
