We have mastered this skill of getting 36” by using oversize screen printing.  Oversized screen printing is essentially the same as traditional screen printing except on a larger scale. To make sure that the print looks portioned on each size of pants you want whether you are getting Smalls or 2XLs we make a set of screens for each individual size, that way they print looks great on every pair of custom sweatpants.

Screen printing is the printing process where screens in frames are coated in a photosensitive emulsion, dried with a light and then burned with the artwork.
