We have two different types of water based inks that we work with. Discharge ink, which can only be done on 100% cotton dark garments. Or Acrylic, which can be done on any material any color but this ink is not as soft as discharge inks. But you will love either of the printed because they both have a much softer hand than plastisol inks. When Specializing in water based screen printing there is a lot of trial and error at first but once we got in down packed we can rock out water based screen printing with our eyes closed (figuratively).

Custom Foil Printing

Custom Foil Printing

If you’ve been doing custom screen printing for a while, it can get a little monotonous.  There are ways to spice up your designs by thinking outside the box.  Let’s take custom foil printing for example.  Custom foil printing isn’t too much different than typical screen printing, so you won’t need to learn anything new to be able to add a touch of shine to your designs.  The main difference is that instead of printing an ink color, a clear adhesive ink is used instead.  You can then heat press a custom foil sheet to the adhesive so that when you peel it away, only your artwork is left foiled!

Custom foil printing is an instant upgrade to a blank garment because it looks expensive.  Some of the finest things in the world come polished and shiny, so foil evokes that sense of luxury at a fraction of the cost for the real thing.  Here at AMBRO Manufacturing we can even do mixed media printing that pairs classic screen printing alongside custom foil accents to create truly intriguing designs.  Of course, if you really want to sparkle, you can just do the whole design in foil!
