AMBRO Manufacturing is a 30+ year experienced Contract Embroidery Services company. We are based in Flemington, NJ. We operate out of a 15,000 sqft facility and we offer: Contract Embroidery and Contract Screen Printing.

In addition to standard screen printing, we also offer oversized screen printing and specialty screen printing (Foils, Puffs, Suedes etc.)

Our embroidery division also offers contract knitting services for circular knit beanies and scarfs. Unlike other providers, 100% of the services that we offer are all in-house.

This means that we are not a middle person, we are a production facility. We do your work in our building, using our equipment.

We manufacture Bandanas as well as embroider and print on them.

If you are switching from another embroidery provider and you provide us with your .DST or .EMB files, there is no setup fee. If you are doing new embroidery and you need the embroidery files created, we can help you with that as well.

Custom Bandanas Printed using discharge inks are all the rage. As a water based product, discharge inks are a low profile touch ink. This means that unlike traditional screen printing that uses plastisol which sits on top of the fabric, discharge inks soak into the fibers and allow the design to be embedded within the fibers. This allows for a more of a tie-dye feel.

When designing your bandanas, we use a 20” x 20” design area on 22” x 22” bandanas. This is the classic bandana look and size, offering a 1 inch blank border. You can print off the edge of the bandana giving a custom fabric feel, but the quantity of shirts in your order is a factor in determining if that can be done.

Bandanas are a popular marketing item because they are one size fits all. Unlike T-Shirts where you have to guess on the sizes that you may need, or spend hours or days collecting sizes, bandanas are only one size. At 22” x 22” our bandanas represent the classic all American bandana.
