Custom embroidery caps are a popular wearable for all of our customers. As a screen printing and embroidery shop, we get asked to produce a wide range of products. Embroidered Caps has been one of the more popular requests for the last several decades.
Out of every garment possible, caps, represent the widest selection of styles and colors.
Each element of a custom embroidery caps can be customized by our customers. Eyelets, Button Caps, Brims, Seams, Piping, Mesh, Closure and Labeling can all be customized.
We have custom requests that can simply involve the embroidery on the front, but may also include embroidery on the sides or backs of these custom baseball caps.
A new trend is to provide a “faux patch” on the front of a trucker style cap.
A Faux Patch is a standard direct embroidery design, that is designed to appear as if it were a patch. This is typically done using a strong base fill stitch and a simulated merrowed edge. In the case of a faux patch design, the edge is done using a satin stitch, which emulates the classic merrowed edge of a patch.
Choosing to use a Faux Patch is often preferable by customers who have limited cap requests. Since patches typically carry a minimum order of 50-100, custom faux patch work can be a great alternative.
Faux Patches offer that classic patch look, without the need for a patch setup or high minimum order.
