Full Shirt Printing
Most contract screen printers that you are working with have print limitations that prevent them from providing Full Shirt Printing services. With a maximum width of 14" or 16" your contract screen printer might not have enough width or length to provide you with a Full Shirt Printing print. I'm talking about the ability to print from the end of one sleeve across the neck to the end of the other sleeve and all of the way down to the bottom hem of the t-shirt. If you are really adventuresome, we can flip the t-shirt over and print the same all over the back.
Full Shirt Printing
Some might think that all over T-shirt printing, also called full T-shirt printing, may be accomplished only with sublimation, and while it's true that sublimation offers a great solution to a need of full shirt printing, it's not the only option.
Some people dislike the feel of a 100% polyester (aka plastic) t-shirt. They may prefer 100% cotton or a blend of cotton and polyester. Unfortunately, sublimation printing only works on 100% polyester garments. Every percent of fabric that is included in the t-shirt that is not polyester, will dull the look of the print. Using AMBRO Manufacturing's massive automated screen printing presses, traditional t-shirt printing inks can be used to accomplish an all over t-shirt printing look.
For far less than the high prices of dye sublimation, you can realize your artistic vision with our all over shirt print capabilities.
