Contract Screen Printers have been re-inventing themselves ever since the first squeegee was pulled across the first silk screen.  One of the more prominent improvements that came in the late 1990's was the process of All Over Shirt Printing that was pioneered in the music industry for rap artists.

All Over Shirt Printing is the process of screen printing on a t shirt in an over sized manner.  Most traditional contract screen printers can print about 16" wide and maybe 23" long.  That's great for standard prints, but if you want to go all over the face of the t-shirt then you have to be able to print MUCH larger.

All Over T Shirt Printing requires a special screen printing press, special screens, pallets, film units and exposure units.  Since the investment to get started in All Over Shirt Printing is high, most contract screen printers stay away from it.
