Are you looking to get some really cool looing apparel, or are you trying to start your own clothing line? If you want to not have the hassle of trying to make everything yourself, or finding the right cloth printing company, then look no further. AMBRO Manufacturing can help you out.

A lot of cloth printing companies may not offer everything under one roof, which is where we are different. We have a lot at our fingertips; like screen printing, sublimation, and heat pressed vinyl to name a few.

Cloth Printing Company

We are a cloth printing company on the east coast, and have been in business for over 30 years. We can print anything you can think of, from tee shirts to bags, to the large things like blankets and all over tee shirt prints. We have many different ink colors that you can choose from and different types of ink when you want to get something screen printed. We also offer sublimation printing on cloth. This type of printing is a type of transfer that when we print the design on special paper it will get heat applied to the cloth and when it is finished it will have your design printed.

Before you go everywhere you can think of to start your own clothing line or just want that perfect, crazy tee in your wardrobe, come to AMBRO Manufacturing. You can give us a call any time at (908) 806 8337 or you can email us and we will get back to you with anything you may need to know about our cloth printing company. We are located in Flemington, New Jersey and can ship anything to you if you are in another state. You can take a look around in our show room to get an idea of what we can do and the types of things we offer.

How to Make Full Print Shirts

If you are looking to start designing shirts that feature an all over print, it would be very helpful to understand how to make full print shirts first!  Shirts with a full print on them aren’t as simple to apply as a small chest or back logo.  To better understand why that is, let’s talk about the process of screen printing and how to make full print shirts.

How to Make Full Print Shirts

In a nutshell, screen printing is a method of applying colored inks to a garment by using a silk screen mesh with a design etched into it.  If you want artwork that is large enough to cover the whole shirt, you won’t be able to use standard size screens because the design simply won’t fit!  So to compensate for the larger artwork, you will need custom large format silk screens to fit the artwork onto, but then you’ll need a printing press that can handle the oversized screens.  As you can see, it’s not as easy as just enlarging the artwork!  Not every printing company is capable or willing to go out of their way to provide oversize screen printing services for full print shirts, but we are at AMBRO Manufacturing.

Our company, AMBRO Manufacturing, has been in this business of custom garment decoration for over 30 years now, so we’ve amassed a wide spectrum of customization services that we can offer our clients.  Best of all, you don’t have to do it alone!  Since we know how to make full print shirts look great, you can work with our team to finalize your designs and they will be able to provide you with guidance and answer any questions you might have.  If you’re ready to place an order, or if you would like to speak with someone on our team, you can contact us by email or by calling us at (908) 806-8337.
