Custom Embroidery Baseball Cap

Custom Embroidery Baseball Caps have seen a surge in popularity thanks to the help of Hollywood. Over the past several years, new leading characters have come out in block buster movies and are wearing a signature baseball cap. This trend has grossed gender line popularity with men and women and has created an explosion of resurgence in the fashion world of caps.

We’ve seen more new cap designs and more revival of retro caps in the last 3 years, than over the last 30. Circa 2002, you could find a few varieties of cap, but in 2021 and beyond, you are now starting to see a huge range of style offerings.

What’s been interesting with custom embroidery baseball caps is to see how popular some of the old styles from the 1970’s have become. Trucker hats, foam hats and what was once considered a “cheap” cap, are all highly sought after items.

One of the most popular requests with trucker hats has been to implement a faux patch on the front. If you’ve ever seen the classic hat with the rounded edge rectangular patch on the front, it is this style that has really been popular.

Since small patch runs of under 100 patches are often too much for most clients. Faux patch sewing has become more popular. Faux patch sewing is when we make an embroidery design look like a patch. We base down a fill pattern or mash down stitch, sew the design on top of that, and then put a satin stitch around the edge, to emulate the classic merrowed edge of a patch.

Screen Print and Embroidery

Do you own a small business or know someone that has a side business? If you do I bet you have thought of the ways to promote yourself to others. The most common way would be with brochures, pamphlets, and emails, but there is a much more fun way that you can do this. That would be through screen print and embroidery. Wouldn’t you love to see your store name or logo on a tee shirt or any type of accessory? I know I would. AMBRO Manufacturing is a screen print and embroidery company that specializes in all these types of things. AMBRO Manufacturing has been in business for over 25 years.

We have printed thousands upon thousands of shirts and other garments for small business owners with their store name or logo on it. We not only print on shirts but we can print on pants, socks, bags, umbrellas. You name it we can probably do it. The only thing that we would need is the artwork and the garments. If you don’t have any of those we can order the goods that you want and we can help come up with a design that you would like to see on a shirt. One thing to keep in mind is how many colors you want in your print. The more colors you want the more it will be in cost. As for embroidery the amount of colors does not matter. What does matter is how many stitches will make up your logo. You can get either screen print or embroidery or a combination of the two on any garment or accessory you choose.

You can give us a call at (908) 806 8337 or email us anytime with any questions or concerns you have about screen print and embroidery.
